Cambodia is a small country in ASIA.It has border with many countries ,Including Thailand Vietnam and Laos.The capital of Cambodia is PHNOM PENH.PHNOM PENH has a population of about more than 1 million.It lies on the Mekong River.During 1975 in the regime of POL POT the people got chased out of the city to the countryside.Now farming and tourism are important parts of its economy.Tourists come from all over the world to visit Cambodia's historic,buildings Such as the Royal Palace,the Independence Monument,Wat Phnom and the National Museum. They also come to visit its ancient temples at Siem Reap.They go to see almost every temple around ANGKOR WAT and they take photos of the ANGKOR WAT. Cambodia has 2 seasons which are the raining season and the dry season.Cambodia has problem with traffic and pollution environment.Almost everybody is riding a motobike,tuk tuk or driving car and there are too many vehicles on the streets.The air isn't clean,but it's cleaner than it was 10 years ago.
All though the official language is khmer,many people speak a little English,Chinese,Korean Japanese and Vietnamese.So Whatever your interests and where you come from Cambodia has Something for you.
